For this launch trailer I handled all the look development, shader work, vfx, lighting and shot composition. Animations were cached out by the animation team to Alembic files for use in Unity where all the shots were assembled and rendered out using HDRP. Since rendering out seperate buffers for compositing work was only loosely supported by Unity HDRP at the time, I had to write a custom render output to render a motion vector pass to be used in post. This ultimately proved to be a little buggy so in the end we opted to render out straight from Unity and perform only minor post work with little compositing.
